Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase! All of the orders are processed within 48 hours. If your order is received Monday-Friday before 12 P.M. CST. This DOES NOT include weekends. This means that if you ordered on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be done the following Monday, unless that Monday falls on a holiday. All packages are shipped uninsured, therefore; we will not be held responsible if USPS looses your package. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly exchange your merchandise. Just send us the items that you would like to return/exchange to 301 Howard Street, Greenwood, MS 38930. If the following criteria are met, there will be no return/exchange and merchandise will be sent back to you. If you have any questions, give us a call at 662-453-6246. Order Day Monday-Saturday by 11a.m. for pickup by 4p.m.. Orders are based off Central Standard Time.


-Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only
-Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 14 days of invoice date

-Shipping and handling on return/exchange merchandise is non-refundable
-All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, no odors (smoke or
perfumes) and with original tags attached to the merchandise.
