Inspired by my Grandbetty’s beloved family recipe that launched Piedmont Pennies during my MBA project in 2020, these crackers balance the smokiness of the bacon and smooth creaminess of gouda cheese.
Baked in small batches with real cheddar, gouda cheese, and real bacon, they’re the perfect balance of creamy, cheesy flavor and savory crunch. Serve them at parties, add them to charcuterie boards, or enjoy them straight from the bag.
